About the Show:
Little Women is a radio play based on Louisa May Alcott’s novel of the same name. It is an award-winning dramatization that includes music, the magic of live sound effects and Alcott’s timeless dialogue. The play is about the March sisters, Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy, and their romances. Four girls whose loves and ambitions are completely different but who are bound together by happy family ties and their experiences during the American Civil War.
Performers will voice multiple roles.

Jo March – Bold, passionate, witty; an aspiring writer with a fierce heart
Meg March – Warm, responsible, romantic; the eldest sister
Beth March – Gentle, shy, musically inclined; the emotional center of the family
Amy March – Spirited, ambitious, youthful; the youngest sister
Marmee – Loving, grounded mother
Laurie – Charming, playful, emotionally sincere
Professor Bhaer – Thoughtful, kind, quietly romantic
Mr. Laurence – Gruff exterior, generous heart
John Brooke / Aunt March / Ensemble Voices
Actors should be comfortable creating multiple characters vocally.
