Theatre Ticketing Policies:

-All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket
-Online ticket purchasing ends three hours prior to the performance time
-Tickets are available for pick up at Will Call
-All sales are final. No refunds. If you are unable to attend a performance, please call and donate your tickets so that others may attend
-All performances, titles, artists, dates and prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Playhouse
-Latecomers will be seated at management’s discretion
-Please silence all cell phones during the performance
-Patrons of any age whose behavior is deemed inappropriate will be asked to leave the theatre at the discretion of management
-Recording or photographic devices of any type are not permitted in the theatre under any circumstances
-Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the Lake Worth Playhouse

The Box Office windows open 90 minutes prior to each performance and remains open until the end of intermission.  If there is no intermission, the Box Office will remain open until 15 minutes after the performance begins.

Holiday closures at the discretion of Executive Management. Please call the box office for holiday hours.

Online Ordering:

Tickets can be purchased online at www.lakeworthplayhouse.org using Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Patrons may use a printed copy of their online tickets or the e-mail on their phones to gain entry.  Patrons may also opt to have printed tickets held at Will Call.  

Phone Ordering:

Tickets can be ordered over the phone by calling 561-586-6410 during box office hours (Mon-Fri 10 AM – 4 PM) using Gift Certificates, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Tickets will be held at will call for pick up. Tickets cannot be purchased by phone within 30 minutes of any performance start time. Any voicemails left with ticket requests will be returned promptly.

Will Call:

Will Call Tickets are available for pick up during regular Box Office hours (Mon-Fri 10 AM – 4 PM) or up to 90 minutes prior to showtime. Please bring a valid photo ID to pick up your tickets. Ticket pick up during performances for future performances is up to the discretion of the box office and current availability.

Student Rush Tickets:

Student Rush Tickets are available for students under 18 with a valid student ID at the box office 15 minutes before each main stage season performance. Seating options are subject to availability. Tickets must be purchased in person and cannot be ordered over the phone. Tickets are $15 for musicals and $10 for plays.

 Patrons with Disabilities:

The Lake Worth Playhouse is wheelchair friendly and provides accessible seating for persons with disabilities. Please be sure to mention any special seating request when placing your ticket order. Handicap restrooms are also available. Our performance ushers would be delighted to assist you in meeting any special needs.

Infrared Listening System:

Headsets are available for hearing impaired patrons on a first come, first serve basis. Headsets are available free of charge but must be signed out with patron driver’s license prior to performance at the box office window.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates can be used to purchase tickets to any of our events through the box office or over the phone. The gift certificate must be presented to the box office before tickets can be picked up. Gift certificates can be purchased by phone or in person during normal box office hours.

Payment Policies:

-Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
-Cash and check transactions must be completed in person with check transactions allowing 3 business days before the performance date

Exchanges:

NEW POLICY: Exchanges are available to the general public at a $5 charge per change. Subscribers may make one exchange per show at no charge within the run of the show to a ticket of equal or lesser value. Additional ticket exchanges incur a $5 charge per change. Any exchanged tickets must be received by the box office before the new/old performance date.
